All of my work is grounded in empathy. Empathy isn’t feeling bad for someone, it’s understanding what that person needs and how they need to receive it. Empathy is essential to any communication.

Content Strategy
You can’t just throw words at a wall and see what sticks. It’s not pasta. You have an idea? I’ll work with you to develop the right strategy to get that idea out there.
Content Creation
Sometimes you know what you want to say and to whom, you just need someone who knows the difference between who and whom. I can write whatever you need so that it sounds like you … but maybe a little better.
AI Editing
I once had a job where I translated British English into American English. Today, I do the same thing with AI writing. I get it, you want to use AI to make your writing go faster. That’s fine, but you still need a person to edit it.
