That’s not how I see it.
I design team building experiences, workshops, and facilitated meetings that are actually useful, engaging, practical, and surprisingly enjoyable. I want people top have real conversations, connections, and tools they can actually use to work better together.

I’m afraid of heights. You know why that’s good? Because it means I’ll never suggest a ropes course. Instead, let me work with you to understand where your team is and isn’t coalescing and create activities, games, and events that bring them together.
